Studying texts and stiff meditation can make you lose your Original Mind.
A solitary tune by a fisherman, though, can be an invaluable treasure.
Rain at dusk on the river; the moon peeking in and out of the clouds.
Graceful beyond words, the fisherman chants his songs night after night.

Change your life with radical meditation

We in the West have serious misunderstandings about meditation. Many people equate meditation with sitting silently and calming the mind. But this is only the start – rather like putting a car into first gear. Behind the techniques and exercises is a profound body of understanding about life and how to life it joyfully. This makes meditation the original and ultimate self-help technique, with thousands of years of success and experience to back it up. When you really understand what meditation is about, it has the potential to change your life radically. This personal development workshop will be a simple, accessible introduction to radical meditation. It’s not for complete beginners. Course participants will probably have done some form of personal development work and/or meditated extensively, and will have the wish for change in their lives.
