Make friends with food: learn how to lose weight without dieting

Diets don’t work; so, don’t diet. Instead, this workshop is will help you to lose weight not so much by eating differently, as by thinking differently. It's a workshop which will help you to make a sustainable, relaxed change in your relationship with food, eating and physical activity. That approach to weight loss does work, and it’s not difficult. This course will show you how.

As the saying goes, “Change you mind, change your life.” This workshop is mainly about changing your mind around food, so that your eating and activity habits change – forever. While there will be a resumé of  the basics of healthy eating, the main focus is on simple, effective techniques for changing your relationship with food.

There are two versions of the course: the Make Friends with Food Seminar, and the Make Friends with Food Workshop.  The seminar is a one-session presentation, covering the information in the course. There are no exercises.

The Workshop is a multi-session experiential personal development course extending over six or eight weeks (details vary depending where the course is run) in which you change your mind, and change your life, around eating. All the information is the Seminar is repeated in the Workshop.
